Radically fluctuating temps should be behind us finally!
That means gradually escalating temps are headed our way. You know we’re going to start reminding you (despite how irritating we know it probably is) to change your filters religiously and start thinking about prepping for storm season—it will be here before you know it!
One other “housekeeping” issue before the good stuff: for a gazillion reasons (most of which you already know) maintenance is taking longer to execute.
We know it’s frustrating but please be patient. Appliances and parts of most any kind are taking longer to procure and many vendors are adapting to providing service with fewer personnel. Maybe you are experiencing that in your own workplace—please respect that those that are showing up to work every day are doing the best they can under challenging circumstances. Everything is just taking longer currently.
So, what excites you about the prospect of spring? The upcoming Easter & Passover holidays? More consistent and warmer weather? Clearing out the hypothetical cobwebs of winter? All of the above?
We’ve got some good stuff for you here—hopefully everyone will find at least one thing that appeals or “speaks” to them!
