15th Annual   Lake Como 5K Romp
This is a JSRC club race.
From Carly DePolo:
We have some really great gift cards and giveaways to raffle off to runners & volunteers thanks to race committee member,  Jannee Neary . Additionally, the post race party is Bar A's SPRING BASH with bands, food and drink specials! This race is an official JSRC race and I'd love to see a record turn out from our club members. Last year's race allowed us to donate close to $3,000 to Elks Camp Moore for Children with Special Needs and $600 to the Lake Como Giving Tree . This year, we will be running the race in memory of Jerry Frazee , my co-race director. Jerry was a long-time member, volunteer and runner. Many of us will miss seeing him on the Belmar boards in his gold pinny getting his run in. Jerry worked tirelessly to ensure this race was a success every year. Please join me in honoring Jerry, raising funds for two worthy local charities and making happy memories while running, volunteering or at the after party.
Proceeds will benefit Elks Camp Moore for Children with Special Needs and Lake Como Giving Tree. Please come out and support your club!
R unAPalooza

RunAPalooza is still in need of volunteers for the Point Pleasant to Brielle area and course marshals for the half marathon. If you're not running you are more than welcome to volunteer for this great cause! We can use help with set up and bib pickup on Friday night, race and course marshals on Saturday and cleanup on Saturday (for you late sleepers!).
