April 18 - 30 Schedule

Hope you're enjoying the beauty of this fertile time of year, a time for setting seeds of intention and considering the steps needed to help them blossom. For the next two weeks, our Wednesday and Sunday sessions are dedicated to sharing some of the best yoga "technology" to help us do this.
