April Flowers: Daisy and Sweet Pea

Gerbera daisies were discovered in South Africa in the late 1800s by a Scotsman who brought them home to Europe. They have come to symbolize true love, new beginnings and purity.

Sweet peas hold several positive connotations including blissful pleasure, good friendship, and kindness. Many people believe that they are especially appropriate when sending "thank you" flowers as a way to further extend gratitude.

April rains brings May flowers ... loving the idea of Spring flowers with beautiful colors outside of my studio-in-the-woods. So glad that I have windows and skylights to take away the gloom of the of the rain and enjoy few days of sunshine! Working hard on cleaning up my hidden treasures of past loved items to send them off at my STUDIO SALE... Hope after the clean-up that I can finally walk around the studio without knocking things over. Right now, only Peanut can safely get around because he is just a little guy with four short legs.

Lab Grown Diamonds

A laboratory-grown diamond is very much a diamond - carbon atoms arranged in a diamond cubic crystal structure. The only difference between mined diamonds and lab grown diamonds is the origin of the diamond. Lab grown diamonds and mined diamonds have the exact same physical properties, and equivalent 4C grading and certification standards. Different retailers market lab-grown diamonds as "artisan", "cultured", "synthetic" or "manufactured" diamonds.

Cubic Zirconia (CZ) / Moissanite Diamonds
