Coach Pitch

Baseball League

at Sportsplex

Thursdays, April 6-May 18

Ages 6-8

This league is designed to give players their first opportunities to be involved with baseball as a team sport. While the focus will be on playing games, having fun and learning the rules, the mechanics of throwing, fielding, base-running and batting will also be heavily emphasized. Every player will get the opportunity to play each position as teams are kept small so that there is no sitting while players are in the field defensively.

Recommended by:

Cayla Greenfield,

Sportsplex & River View Miniature Golf Manager

Why I chose this program:

This league is a great way to improve and learn baseball skills with the emphasis on being part of a team! This league will provide the participants an opportunity to have fun and meet new friends!

Enjoy made to order omelets, donuts, coffee and juice served to you with a smile from our wonderful St. Charles Breakfast Rotary Club Members! As a bonus, Osco will be on site delivering shingles, pneumonia, COVID and tetanus vaccinations. Just bring your insurance card and stop by before or after breakfast!

Recommended by:

Lynne Yuill, Adult Activity Supervisor

Why I chose this program:

I am a Rotarian and I can confidently say, the Early Bird Breakfast is one of our club’s favorite events of the year! The conversations over breakfast are simply wonderful, and both the Rotarians preparing the omelets and those of you eating them benefit greatly by engaging with others. This social event is well attended and is free for AAC Members, and only $1 for nonmembers. If you like to get up early, what better way then to enjoy breakfast with friends? I hope to see you there.
