A message from FEI Twin Cities Board President

Hello Members and Friends -
We recently adopted a new 3 year strategic plan for our chapter and are excited about the priorities for the upcoming years. We are beginning the budget and calendar planning 2022-2023 year and look forward to connecting and engaging more with all of you.
We’ve approved 4 key themes our chapter will focus on in the coming years:
- Membership Recruitment & Engagement
- Continue to provide great value and increase value to our members
- Increase diversity of our membership
- Build leadership development and capacity of our chapter, leadership, volunteers & board
Members, if you’d like to volunteer or participate more in our chapter, please let me know. We have a few opportunities for volunteers (marketing/communications, membership recruitment, engagement/retention) as well as potential board of director roles for Corporate Membership Chair and Career Services Chair.
We also have some great events coming up. Please take a look at the events outlined below in this email.
If you know anyone who might benefit from being a member, please send them our way. We’d welcome the opportunity to welcome new members to our chapter. If you ever have feedback, please let me know.
Here’s to a great (and hopefully warmer) rest of our spring season.
Brian

Trial Membership - try us out for free!
We encourage you to engage with FEI and explore your member benefits during a trial membership so that you can understand the value the Association has to offer long–term, both at a National and Chapter level.
Previous members are not eligible for the free trial, but we’ve lowered our dues for existing members while expanding our programs, so our value proposition has never been better! And, if you’re in transition, we may be able to get your dues fully paid for by a third party.
If you have any questions about your trial membership or FEI’s benefits and services, please reach out to Rosanne at [email protected] or [email protected] or 877.359.1070.

Cresa is the largest commercial real estate firm – both here in Minnesota and globally – that exclusively serves corporate tenants/users/occupiers of space. Because we only represent corporate clients, and not the landlord or developer community, you don’t have to worry about the conflicts of interest which are endemic to the industry.
Cresa specializes in the delivery of fully integrated real estate services including Strategic Real Estate Planning, Transaction Management, Project Management, Relocation Management, Real Estate Tax Appeals, Site Selection, Portfolio Solutions, Lease Administration, and Sale-Leaseback Services.
If you have a lease that’s rolling soon, have other “pain points” with your space, or simply want an objective third-party review of opportunities to improve the performance of your leased or owned space, contact us today!
