April is Child Abuse Awareness & Prevention Month!
Throughout the month of April we aim to bolster our mission by spreading awareness about the realities of child abuse, and what can be done to recognize and prevent it. Visit our website to learn more about the different types of child abuse, and what signs to look for in children.

Save the Date for a Social Media Takeover!

On April 7th from 10am-12pm, MACA will be joining the Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance, and the rest of the victim service community in a social media takeover to advocate in support of the VOCA Bridge. MACA Welcomes Christa Collier to the Team!
We are so excited to announce that Christa Collier has joined MACA as our new Director of Training, Education and Special Initiatives! Christa brings a wide range of experience in the backgrounds of social work, child advocacy and philanthropy to her role. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of Northern Berkshire United Way. She has previously served as the Executive Director of the Berkshire County Kids’ Place CAC.
