I hope everyone had a nice long holiday weekend. Thank you to everyone who came out to the Eggstravaganza! It was a great event that gets better every year. Mark your calendars for the next big event, the Summer Bash, June 22nd!
Our new manager, Perry McLaurin, officially starts today! He is coming to us from Silos Community and we can wait for him to hit the ground running.
I know the office has gotten a lot of complaints about the common area grass not getting cut. The US consulate had a backlog of work visas and the HOA and the POA landscapers had to wait for those to come through. They reported they now have them and have full crews and will catch up on the work. I know it's not an excuse but it is the reason for how bad those areas have gotten. Maryah (compliance coordinator) has been as lenient as she can be on our personal lawns but eventually we all have to cut our grass.
The board and scholarship committee awarded the senior scholarships to Andrew Kallauner, Sonoma Marquardt and Miguel Carrizales. The scholarship committee loved reading all of the submissions and it was a very hard choice. Thank you to Mr. Jim Thompson and Lea Arndt (scholarship sponsors) and Congratulations to our winners.
