Kiddie pool water feature. The new pump has been ordered and will hopefully arrive this week and be installed next week. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we have worked to get this repaired.

Last month some of the Board and Management staff attended the CAI (Community Asociation Institute) Gala/Awards Dinner. We had 3 Nominations for awards.

Our Egg hunt, last Saturday, was fantastic and had a great turnout. The social committee did a wonderful job. If you have any feedback about the event, please send it to arcasocialcommittee@gmail.com.

There has been an uptick in warning letters going out for uncut yards. Leslie is giving grace because of the weather, but eventually, we all gotta cut the grass. Remember the postcards are friendly reminders and are cheap to send, but the letters are warnings and cost more money to the association.

The new pool furniture is ready for use. Some residents noticed it looked a little bare and requested more so the board voted to buy a few more tables and chairs. They will be delivered next month.

The next board meeting is April 27th, and as always I'm available by email for any questions or comments :)

Board meetings will now be on the last Thursday of the month and will start at 530pm.

The board meeting will be held in person at the ARCA Amenity Center. A zoom link will be provided for those who cannot attend in person.

Friendly Reminder

With the amount of rain we had last week, we have noticed there has been an uptick in lawn growth as well as weeds popping up more and more. Please be a good neighbor and keep the community looking beautiful by making sure your lawn is cut, edged, and free of weeds. This includes the front, side, and back lawns!
