April 2020 Newsletter
Dear Beverly Community Members,

The last thing we wanted to do was close the Beverly Public Library. We know that many of you depend on us for information, news, and events. We're a quiet place to read, work or study; a place where you can meet your neighbors and friends, and attend a community meeting. You come in to use our computers and printers, or stock up on books, movies and music.

Although our doors are closed, the library is still “open” for business. See our Remote Services page for information on how to get a library card, checkout eBooks and audiobooks, watch movies, listen to music, read The New York Times , attend a virtual story time or book discussion group - all for FREE.

On behalf of the entire library staff, we wish you all the best of health as we navigate these challenging times together.

Some ukulele, some rhymes, some songs, some special “guests.”

Tea Time Children’s Classics on Facebook Live

Pour yourself a cuppa, then sit back and relax as we share a taste of classic children’s literature by reading aloud the first one or two chapters of some favorites.

Virtual Story Times on Facebook Live
Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 AM through April
Join us for stories, rhymes, songs, fingerplays and more. We will share some of our favorite story time books and songs and we need you to sing along with us!

STEAM Scribbles
Fridays in April tune into the Beverly Public Library's Youtube channel for a weekly drawing challenge! Each week, we will explore a different science, technology, engineering, or math concept with only pencils and paper.
