Sending this out a little early so we can wish everyone who celebrates a Happy Easter!

So we've survived a whacky Florida winter!

That means gradually escalating temps (and unpredictable spring weather) are headed our way. You know we’re going to start reminding you to change your filters religiously and start thinking about prepping for storm season—it will be here before you know it!

One other "issue" that hasn't improved much: maintenance remains a challenge to execute swiftly. 

We know it’s frustrating but please be patient. Appliances and parts of most any kind are taking longer to procure and many vendors continue adapting to providing service with fewer personnel. Maybe you are experiencing that in your own workplace—please respect that those that are showing up to work every day are doing the best they can under challenging circumstances. Everything continues to take longer than in years past.

So for those who celebrate, we hope you have a joyous Easter. For those who have Passover to look forward to, Chag Sameach!
