April is Leo (Youth) Awareness Month!
A Year in Review
The last 12 months have been nothing but opportunities for Lions to try new things, explore membership growth in new ways, and engaging members in less traditional ways. It certainly has been a trying year for my family, my friends around the world, and those that we serve. The one thing that remained constant is hope that we can build the next generation of servant leaders in Lionism.

This Lion year began in July 2020. We had a fall series I called, "the Empower Hour" as a means to get Leo Advisors and Leos involved. We had Leos visit from India to share their experience and how Leo's service empowers them with new skills and a global network of friendships. The Virginia Gateway Lions Club will have Leos from Uruguay and the District speak at their club as a way to recognize Leos and learn what they are all about. The events listed below are intended to help all Clubs to join in the spirit of Leo (Youth) Awareness Month! Please volunteer to help me with any of these activities - no experience is required!
