Heart Walk and Talk

Join this free monthly outdoor walking group from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., Thursday, April 3. All are welcome! Learn from our heart-health experts while you get fresh air and walk along the scenic paths at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. It's held the first Thursday of every month on the path by the arches near the emergency room. Free parking is available in designated OHVI parking. Please do not use ER parking.


Shop with a Dietitian

Join PeaceHealth registered dietitian Cecelia Jacobson for a free personalized shopping session at Market of Choice from 2 to 3 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month. The next session is April 15. Limited to 10 participants. Each will receive a store discount coupon. Register here.


Virtual Stroke Support Group

HEARTsafe Eugene Springfield

Anyone who has experienced sudden cardiac arrest is invited to join the HEARTsafe Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivor and Co-Survivor Support Group. It meets from 4 to 5 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of the month at PeaceHealth RiverBend hospital in room 200CD. The next meeting is April 22.


Your Voice, Your Choice

Join us for a free interactive advance directive workshop from 2 to 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 24 at Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Conference Room B+E. Our workshop leader will guide you through the simple, but thought-provoking process of choosing a healthcare agent or trusted decision maker. You’ll come away from the session with a plan that puts your wishes in writing.

Better Breathers Club

If you have a lung condition, you can find support at this free monthly meeting of the Better Breathers Club, 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, April 4 in Conference Room C at Peace Harbor Medical Center. Each meeting features different speakers and activities. Everyone is welcome. Come for camaraderie as well as tools to help you breathe better.


Men Connecting Through Grief

If you're a man in grief, please come to the group 1 to 2:30 p.m. the first Monday of every month in the 386 Building-Conference Room at Peace Harbor Medical Center. The next meeting is Monday, April 7. Pre-registration is NOT required. Questions? Call 541-997-3418.


Peace Harbor Grief Support Group

Connecting Through Grief Series

You're invited to join this 8-week support group. It will meet 2 to 4 p.m. on Thursdays, April 3, 10, 17, 24 and May 1, 8, 15, 22 at Lane Community College, 3149 Oak St. in Florence. Call 541-997-3418 to register. Pre-registration IS required.
