We are thrilled to share photos from the Aquila Imagination Fair (Thank you, Aquila PTO!), in celebration of the creative minds and talents of our students. The brilliance of our learners not only illuminates Aquila, but also inspires our entire community. As you will also see below, our first graders will be showcasing their genius at this evening's Blue Whale showcase in our media center.

Don't forget to wear your mismatched, boldest, or most colorful socks to raise awareness for World Down Syndrome Day on Friday, 3/21.

Lost & Found at Aquila

Aquila's Lost and Found is a treasure trove of misplaced items—jackets, hats, boots, water bottles, lunchboxes, and the occasional single shoe.

Please encourage your students to stop by the front foyer to retrieve missing belongings before Spring Break. Students and parents are also encouraged to check Lost & Found, located by the entrance to the playground, regularly.

As a reminder, labeling belongings with your child’s name is the best way to ensure lost items find their way home!

MCA ~ Minnesota Comprehensive Asessments

Students in Grades 3, 4, 5 will be taking the MCA (Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments) in April. Grades 3, 4, and 5 will take the Math and Reading MCA. Grade 5 will also take a Science MCA. They will be completed on the students' Chromebooks at school. For more information about the MCA, click here. Here is a link to the SLP testing website.
