Dear Parents,

The safety and wellbeing of The Archdiocese of Philadelphia students, faculty and our employees is our top priority. We share in your efforts to closely monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are taking the necessary steps to stay informed and aligned with direction from the Centers for Disease Control and the PA Department of Education.

Within our Aramark operations, we have in place long-established food safety processes and protocols that we continue to review, refresh and practice. Additionally, we’re being extra vigilant and intensifying preventative measures within our operations, including implementing enhanced sanitation and hygiene practices. We’re also working to assess and modify customer-facing services and offerings, as part of our commitment to deliver great food, prepared in a safe environment.

We are taking specific steps including:

  • Removing self-service menu items
  • Eliminating reusable cups
  • Pausing salad bar/deli bar and made to order service
  • Removing self-serve condiments moving to individually packaged
  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning in high traffic areas
  • All items will be individually wrapped
  • Limited changes to beverages

Payment Information:

In order to ensure the highest safety we are asking all students to use their Payschools account to purchase items in the cafeteria. You can preload money to your students account through Payschools (click here for instructions). We will still accept cash at all locations.

Additional questions regarding Payschools should be directed through Abigail Miller at [email protected].

We look forward to a safe and successful school year!

Best,
Aramark
