In recognition of the 4th of July, Arbella offices will close at 5:00 PM on Friday, July 2 and will reopen with normal business hours Tuesday, July 6, 2021. This includes the Claim Service Center, Customer Service, and the Arbella Service Center.
Please note that Arbella’s offices and drive-in locations in Quincy, Springfield, Bridgewater and Wakefield are open to visitors by appointment only during usual business hours. If you or your customers would like to make an appointment in one of these locations, please call 1-800-ARBELLA (272-3552). If you would like to make an appointment in Farmington CT, please call (860) 255-0162. All other claim drive-in centers remain closed until further notice.
If your customers need to report a new loss or have an urgent need related to a claim, they may reach us by calling 1-800-ARBELLA (1-800-272-3552). All calls will be answered by our after-hours call center. Arbella.com, myArbella and Arbella Connect will remain fully operational.
Claims can also be reported via our recently-launched myArbella app. Please encourage your customers to download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
