JNESO does not agree that vaccinations should be mandated as a condition of employment. Arbor Glen Care should provide employees with a valid medical and/or religious exemption form, should employees request an exemption. Any exemptions should be filed with HR or the Director by August 17, 2021. Please see Jenna Diorio in HR or Center Director, Tsega Asefaha for the forms.
The Union discussed alternatives to the mandate including weekly testing. If employees are unvaccinated they are required to wear a mask when providing direct patient care.
