JNESO does not agree that vaccinations should be mandated as a condition of employment. Arbor Glen Care should provide employees with a valid medical and/or religious exemption form, should employees request an exemption. The Union discussed alternatives to the mandate including weekly testing. If employees are unvaccinated they are required to wear a mask when providing direct patient care.
