Jacob Staudenmaier at Jerome Film Festival |
The AHS student film "Orientation" was the only High School entry accepted at the Fifth Annual Jerome Film Festival, Sept 7-10. The other films selected were all made by college film-makers. Current AHS students involved in the film were Jacob Staudenmaier (Director/Editor), Lindsay Formica (Screenplay Writer/Sound), and Heather DeGroote (Photography). The students are enrolled in Advanced Film-Making taught by ANN & Film Instructor Eric Luse. The film concerns an awkward man who attempts to have a successful job interview, but it ends up going south very quickly.
