The development includes a 27 story residential tower with amenity rooftop terraces and water artwork at plaza entrance. ArchiBIM’s artists worked closely with the architect of the project -Architects Collaborative Inc. (ACI) to achieve the quality and expression of the final Illustrations.
Featuring real site placement and dramatic illumination the renderings represent the development during different times of the day and highlighting the amenities and the access to the building.
The waterfall artwork was depicted together with the podium amenities with lifestyle and motion through a close-up rendering, focusing on the landscape details and various activity areas.
The rooftop opens up to spectacular views of the Potomac River, National Harbor and Alexandria.
