🏀 Next Saturday, March 5th and starts at 10 AM in the NPX Gym.

🏀 This is a Community Event! Open to all 2nd grade through 12th grade students, and our entire parent community.

GLOW RUN
Let's get our Glow on! 
Archway North Phoenix PSO and North Phoenix Prep PSO bring to you a new Spring Event! The Great Hearts North Phoenix Glow Fest is scheduled for March 26th from 4pm – 9pm.

On your mark, get set, GLOW!
Runners, walkers, skippers, and jumpers are welcome to join for an evening filled with glow sticks, bounce houses, sponsor bazaar, food and beverages, and great music on our Great Hearts Campus.
 
2 Run Courses: 1 Mile for younger scholars and a 5K for all scholar, parents, friends, and anyone else that would like to join in on the fun! The courses will wrap around the Great Hearts North Phoenix school campus and into the Elks Lodge, providing a safe route.
 
Sponsor Bazaar: Come out and meet families within our school community that own their own business. Their sponsorship, helped to make this event possible!
 
Bounce Houses, Food and Beverages, and so much more!

With a potential of over 1200 families attending, we would like to extend Sponsor Bazaar spaces exclusively to Great Heart families first. This is a wonderful way to support education and in return, we hope that the families of Great Hearts North Phoenix will support your business. The Sponsor Bazaar will be located near the Senior Parking spaces, limited to 30 spaces. We are also offering discounted pricing to ANP and NPX family sponsors!

END OF QUARTER SPIRIT DAY
Friday, March 11th we celebrate the end of the quarter with a special Spirit Day. Wear your favorite spirit shirt and don't forget your crazy socks!!
RE-ENROLLMENT K-5TH GRADE
Re-enrollment for Kindergarten – 5th grade students begins Tuesday, March 1st.
  • Current 6th grade families should have already completed registration with North Phoenix Prep.

Watch your email for instructions on how to re-enroll your student(s) for the 2022-2023 school year.

The dance was a huge success! Thank you to all of the families who saddled up and joined us for this event. Also a shout out to Debby Brutsman, the DDD Committee, and all the volunteers!
 


FIELD DAY K-4th GRADE
Friday, March 11th:
We're so excited to have Field Day again! We need as many helpers as possible. We are requesting this be a full day commitment. This year we won't have any spectators, so if you want to participate, please signup and volunteer. By signing up you are promising to socially distance yourself when possible. Pizza and water will be provided compliments of the PSO!!
 




SIGNING STUDENTS OUT
When your student has an appointment or needs to leave prior to the end of the school day:
·        Please email your student's teacher. Let the teacher know what time you plan to arrive so they can have your student packed and ready.
·        Students may be signed out at the Front Office no later than 30 minutes prior to dismissal.
·        Please be prepared to show your blue dismissal card or ID when you arrive at the Front Office.
 
 

ANP BIRTHDAY POLICY
  • Birthday treats, toys, goodies, or "thank you" notes may NOT be distributed at school by parents, students, or teachers.
  • Invitations may be distributed at school as long as the entire class is invited or if all the boys or all the girls of a class are invited.
Students may choose to purchase a book from the school's recommended books to donate to the school library in honor of their birthday. A parent may arrange to read the book with the birthday student in front of the class.

Reading Groups
The First Grade team is in need of volunteers to read with small groups of scholars on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays between 2:25p-2:55pm. Want to help out? Send an email to Ms. Gianforte at mgianforte@archwaynorthphoenix.org


Forgotten Lunch Assistance
Food and Snacks donations are needed for scholars who forgot to bring their snack or lunch. You can sign up here!

PARKING ON CAMPUS REMINDER
Friendly reminder all Archway Faculty and Visitors are to park on the south side of campus. The North parking lot on the Prep side is reserved for Prep Faulty only.


MOBYMAX MARCH MATH CHALLENGE
MobyMax is a standards-aligned learning platform available to all ANP scholars this month.
 
Please bookmark this page for your child, and find their login information on the sticker in their planner or homework folder. 
 

 
 
We challenge scholars to complete 10 minutes of MobyMax math or reading activities a night or a total of 50 minutes a week. The class with the most participation will receive a pizza party, and one scholar from each grade level with the most participation will receive lunch with the Headmaster.
 
Please reach out to your teacher if your family does not have access to home internet or a computer.
