ATHENAEUM

Great Hearts’ Co-Curricular Team is hiring for its afterschool Athenaeum program, and it’s very likely that you know someone who would be an excellent afterschool teacher.

Athenaeum teachers assist scholars with homework, supervise scholars on the playground and conduct daily activities.
This is a part time position, Monday – Friday 2:30p.m. to 6:00p.m. / Wednesday 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Earlier on early release days. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who is studying to be a teacher, is attending college and needs limited work hours, or someone who is a retired teacher and still wants some time in the classroom.

Reading Groups

The First Grade team is in need of volunteers to read with small groups of scholars on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays between 2:25p-2:55pm. Want to help out? Send an email to Ms. Gianforte at mgianforte@archwaynorthphoenix.org.
