Third Saturday is not only Art Walk, but the opening reception for Membership Medley! Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 18th. Our opening reception will include artist lectures from Paula Bellacera, Mark Oldland, and others. We will also be announcing our juried winners from the current exhibition at our reception, it's one you don't want to miss!
If you are not able to physically make it into the gallery, take a look at our e-commerce for Membership Medley and purchase your favorite work from the exhibition before it gets added to another collection. Keep an eye out as we add a DM to purchase option to our Instagram too! Our New Community Engagement Associate, Kristin, checks these messages every morning to make sure you get the pieces you are passionate about.
This month Art Walk will be featuring murals artists Jared Konopitski, Jermaine Tilson, Ryan Dominguez, and Stacy Almy. In addition to some vibrant live art, Vernon Street will host artist vendors, musicians, and the gallery will have a free art activity for everyone! We're still enrolling in our summer camps - there is something for every child! This week our artists are having fun with Apple Procreate in our sold out Digital Mixed Media camp and exploring how how art is inspired by animals in Creative Pets. There are so many more offerings throughout the summer and we look forward to seeing you!
