Our system enhancements go-live date is almost here! On September 13, you will have access to the upgraded system and functionality enhancements. As we prepare for our go-live date, we have a few important reminders:
Download EOPs for processed claims in the existing Dentist Connection by September 8.
The Dentist Connection portal will be unavailable September 10-12. During this time, you may request a faxback to check patient eligibility and benefits.
We'll be launching the new Dental Office Toolkit (DOT) on September 13. You can sign up for a live training on the new portal at bit.ly/ddaz-dot.
Check that you have the new payer ID for individual plan members updated in your claims practice management system.The new payer ID for all individual plan claims is 86027.
