The registration cost of $100 overs all workshops, gatherings, hearings, worship, and plenary sessions. A limited number of scholarships are available. If interested in obtaining a scholarship, please contact the Conference Office at 410.788.4190 or admin@cacucc.org
DELEGATE INFORMATION
Delegates to the Annual Meeting consist of the Chief lay officer of the church (e.g. Moderator, head of Church Council) two lay delegates.
A church may add an additional lay delegate for each additional 500 members, or major fraction thereof, above an initial 300 members.
A church may add one additional lay delegate provided such delegate is under thirty years of age.
Representation shall be based on the last published edition of the Yearbook of the United Church of Christ.
Each authorized minister who has standing in their Association is a delegate.
Members of each Association's governing body, members of the Conference Board of Directors, and the Conference delegates to the General Synod are delegates.
