Melissa is an experienced and empathetic HR professional with a genuine passion for talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the full employee life cycle.


Melissa spent most of her career at a large financial services company, where she dedicated more than 20 years to a wide range of HR responsibilities. Her background includes talent acquisition, employee relations, workplace accommodations, and guiding leaders through complex and sensitive employee matters. She is also skilled in crafting clear, practical policies and handbooks that help organizations operate smoothly and confidently.


More recently, Melissa broadened her perspective by working with smaller, local healthcare and credit card companies. This mix of large‑scale structure and small‑team agility has shaped her thoughtful, curious, and down‑to‑earth approach to HR.


Known for her warmth and direct communication style,

Melissa builds trust quickly and meets every situation with empathy, curiosity, and a desire to truly understand people and the challenges they face.
