On Thursday, September 28th, Rachele Markle, Brooke Wilson, and Nate Gresock had the opportunity to speak to students at Niagara University about the New York State Tourism Industry Association, the tourism industry in NYS, and the vast opportunities in New York State for tourism-related occupations.

Nation's #1 Most Attended National Drive Electric Week Event! We were there!
|
Did you know that the most attended National Drive Electric Week event in the country is in Schenectady, NY? As part of NYSTIA's effort to promote sustainable tourism, we exhibited at the New York Capital District Drive Electric Week & Sustainability Fair in Schenectady, NY. We saw attendees of all ages come through the booth. They were primarily interested in outdoor activities such as hiking and exploring the Empire State Trail.

Daniel Rickman Named SBA Director for Syracuse, NY |
The U.S. Small Business Administration has named Daniel T. Rickman the new district director of its Syracuse-Upstate New York District Office. Prior to assuming the District Director role, Rickman served in multiple capacities in the district over more than a decade, including most recently as Deputy District Director.
