CE Tech CEO Tim Dwyer Recognized for Best Practices in Leadership

According to Jeff Thompson, Director of Technology at CE Tech, “Edge computing is not about sitting on a cliff with a laptop or putting a server in a remote branch office. It’s about driving business intelligence to the edge, closer to your data and to your customers.”

Today, a million new devices come online per hour and this creates fundamental problems with the physics of ingesting data and storing it, as well as driving actionable insight from it.

The scale of the challenges we’re trying to solve at the edge is rapidly growing. We’re expecting the number of devices to grow three-fold, the actual data to grow five-fold, and the nature of that content becomes more and more real time.

In October, the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) featured CEOs for their innovation and business acumen in empowering employees to become sales leaders, innovators, rainmakers, brand ambassadors and effective team players.

Neil DiMartinis Joins our Team: Leads CE Tech New England

CE Tech has just announced the appointment of Neil DiMartinis to vice president of Sales. In this role, DiMartinis will open and lead CE Tech New England, the firm’s newest regional office. He will focus on customer service and technical excellence as he builds a team of industry experts dedicated to servicing customers in a manner that addresses their rapidly changing requirements.

DiMartinis brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including roles with a number of Forbes Global 500 technology companies. In his most recent role as vice president of Sales for a leading information technology provider, he delivered exponential growth over five and a half years.
