Message from the President

I shared interesting Delaware trade data from the U.K. last week, and this week I want to forward information from the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) regarding trade between Delaware manufacturers, Canada and Mexico. The NAM is pushing for passage (ratification) of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement that would replace the former North American Free Trade Agreement or NAFTA.

Legislative Priority

The General Assembly was out this week, and will be back on Tuesday. Last week I highlighted a number of bills having seen action so far this year, and below is the second half of that list:

SS1 for SB37: Expungements
HB80: Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)
HB130: Plastic Bags
Legalization of Recreational Marijuana
