Performing a Revenue Cycle Management Assessment (RCMA) of your Practice
The intent of the Revenue Cycle Management Assessment is to identify opportunities that will maximize your Practice’s efficiency and profitability.
You work had every day and you deserve to get paid timely and accurately. Our team will conduct an objective and independent RCM audit of every aspect of your billing/collections process to help determine, factually, what you are doing well and what areas can improve to achieve goals of having a successful practice. The assessment/audit, which takes approximately two-weeks to gather data and reports and another two weeks to analyze and prepare the findings and recommendations, culminates with a formal presentation outlining findings & concrete recommendations.
