Career Mentor Spotlight:
Saritha and Maggie

"Through my work, I have met people affected by terrorism and traumatic loss, listened to their stories of pain and survival and wished I could do more to help them in their lives. When I learned about Tuesday's Children and its work in this area, I knew that this was an organization that I had to be a part of.

Maggie and I first connected this past October. From our very first conversation, it was immediately apparent that we both shared a love for law. I wanted to give Maggie an experience that she would not get elsewhere, so I invited her to come to work with me one day and watch the law in action. Maggie spent several hours in court watching real prosecutors try a high-profile criminal case. It was a special experience for her and seeing her fascination with the rule of law inspired me all over again.

I look forward to seeing Maggie take on the world, and I hope that through our career mentorship connection, I can help her along her path in some small way."
