How?
Switch it over to either T-Mobile or Ultra Mobile.
Why?
Because your SIM card is no longer going to be compatible with Simple Mobile's new Verizon network and they want you to change that.
However...
Changing it is not as easy as it is. I have tried a few times and only had 2 successful migrations out of several attempts.
What's the issue with the migration?
Phone is not compatible with Verizon's network. Phone is locked to T-Mobile. Or the migration goes into pending status and ends up failing anyway.
A waste of your time. With the time and energy invested in their "migration", it's just better and easier to port your number over to either of the 2 carriers I mentioned.
