A Chance To Breathe...

I can't make it through one episode of SGN without crying. The amount of positivity and sheer joy which is shared in these shows is amazing. And here's the thing, if you cant find the joy and good news while listening to Andra Day's "Rise Up" at the end, then i just don't know what to say. So if you haven't already, do yourself a favor, and watch it. Like really watch it; turn off the email, put down the work, lock the kids in the closet (just for a few mins) and just focus on Some Good News

Seriously.

While some boats will fair the storm without much damage, and some boats will, sadly, sink; make no mistake, this is a storm we are all in. Every single one of us. Have patience with yourself and others, show grace in situations which scare you and above all be kind.
