      Notes
As we send this Momma Nature is blanketing D Acres with 12" of fresh snowfall. We are so thankful for the natural resources in our area so we are sending out this note as a reminder for YOU to get up here and get out & enjoy the woods, lakes and mountains!

The Dorchester Trails initiative is in full swing. Our commitment to provide accessible recreation for residents and visitors to the area fits perfectly with our mission of providing service to the region. In addition to the increased tourist revenue, trails improve the vibrancy of our lives and health of the community.

Trails provide a portal of access to nature and exercise for skiers, hikers, bikers and snowshoers. The addition of Greg Di Santo's expertise and work ethic as a trail builder has provided both the knowledge and tenacity to create a professional network on the property.  Our trail work has already received substantial positive response from riders and the media. By partnering with Pemi Baker Mountain Bike Association members we hope to create multiple riding locations for all abilities in the area.

The trail development in the neighborhood within the last ten years has been spectacular. There are over 15 miles of groomed skate ski terrain available and on June 1st over 10 miles of machine built mountain biking trails will be opened for all ages and abilities.

The combination of quality, public, family friendly, ski, bike, hike, boat and climbing from our backyard matches any destination.

In addition, we are in production creating a "get outside guide" for the region. The 150 + pg illustrated publication will provide topographical trip maps and excursion description for hiking, boating, climbing, skiing and biking in the Asquamchumaukee watershed that we call home. This guide will share info such as where to park, estimated trip time & difficulty levels to facilitate trip planning. We look forward to sharing this with you in 2018.

We have attached videos of the various activities to inspire you.
Get up here &
Get out there!
