Are you going stir crazy yet? I am, and I have an option to consider. I am going into work every morning for a little while, but because of my age I follow the CDC recommendations and go home. We are open at So Cal Motorcycles because we are deemed as an essential business. We are operating with a minimum staff, providing service to our customers, and keeping our staff safe and employed. We are working diligently to follow CDC and government guidelines so that our staff and customers can feel secure.
Now for the idea! Go for a ride either on your motorcycle or your bicycle. Go alone or call a friend or loved one and ask them to ride too. Think about it. You are not in an enclosed space like a car or room with someone. You are out in the fresh air, and if you choose to stop and have a soda together, just stay the recommended 6 feet apart and you’ll be following the CDC rules to fight the spread of disease. It’s a win, win! You get out of the house, you get to ride, and if you want to you get to visit with someone you care for. And all with an minimum of exposure.
I am going to do this and follow the rules so I can enjoy life and still fight the spread of the virus.
