Mortgage Rates
There has been a lot of talk about the feds raising rates. However, mortgage rates remain low. Experts still classify today's mortgage rates as "all-time low rates." Since we don't know what rates will do, we strongly encourage our Blue Family to take advantage of these great rates soon. If you have questions, please visit with a knowledgeable and trusted member of our lending team.

Robert Sklenar Memorial Scholarship
We'll award up to $3000 in scholarships to student members who plan to continue their education. To be eligible, the students must be:
- Graduating from high school in the Spring of 2022.
- Attending an accredited college, university, vocation, or trade school in the Fall of 2022.
- A primary member of Police Federal CU of Omaha for at least 12 months and in good standing. The student must also have an account in their name. Parent or guardian membership does not qualify a student for the scholarship.
The completed scholarship application and essays must be received at the credit union’s main office by 5:00 pm on Friday, February 18, 2022.

CUFN Scholarship
The Credit Union Foundation of Nebraska is offering a scholarship to a high school graduating senior that has been a credit union member for at least 60 days before applying. Applications will be accepted from January 15 through March 15, 2022.
Please mail the completed scholarship application and attachments to Credit Union Foundation of Nebraska, 16929 Frances Street, Ste. 203, Omaha, NE 68130. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
Applications must be completed in full and postmarked by March 15, 2022.

64th Annual Meeting
Please join us for the 64th Annual Meeting of YOUR credit union on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the La Vista Police Department Community Room, 7701 S. 96th St., La Vista, Nebraska 68128.
This year, we will not hold an election because our board incumbents are running unopposed and will be reelected by acclamation. However, we still encourage you to attend this year's annual meeting to celebrate the credit union's accomplishments. Plus, the 2022 Robert Sklenar Memorial Scholarship winners will be announced!
