CONTROLLER 1991
Large global organization is seeking a Controller who will be responsible for reporting directly to the CFO and have anywhere from 3-6 direct reports and 100 matrixed reports throughout the organization. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing KPIs and managing global accounting functions.
Experience Level:  Minimum of 10-15 years of accounting experience. CPA is required.
MANAGER ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT   1986
The Manager of Enterprise Risk Management will be responsible for preparing ERM reports for Board and Audit Committee as well as leading and developing innovation, governance and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate and monitor the company's key and emerging risks. Additionally, this role will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise risk management, risk controls, assurance, risk reporting, data risk management, governance and controls processes.
Experience Level: Minimum of 10 years experience. CPA/MBA is preferred.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER  1912
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for regularly improving the account functions, enforcing financial procedures, and recommending initiatives to improve expense management. Additionally, this role will be responsible for preparing payroll, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
Experience Level: 
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

Promotions

First, we are extremely enthusiastic to announce the promotions of  Kelly Price and  Mary Halerz. These women play a huge part in helping Pinnacle continue to succeed in all areas and we look forward to seeing them in their new roles.

Kelly Price - Promoted to Director of Client Services. Kelly joined Pinnacle's team in February of 2016 as a Senior Associate bringing with her a wealth of expertise in the executive search and recruitment field. For the past two years, Kelly has focused her efforts on working with both job seekers and employers throughout the search process. Her hard work and dedication make her the perfect fit for her new role.   Kelly will now begin transitioning her efforts to servicing the accounting and finance talent acquisition needs of Pittsburgh-based employers.

Mary Halerz - Promoted to Director of Operations. Mary joined Pinnacle's team in April of 2014 as Pinnacle's first Office Manager. Mary managed a variety of responsibilities to ensure the ongoing success of Pinnacle's recruiting teams. In her new role, Mary will be responsible for overseeing all internal operations, reporting, and recruitment support activities.
