FCA Huddles are Kicking off the new School Year

Mayfield High School FCA

It is that time of year when FCA camps wrap up and FCA Huddle groups ramp up for the new school year. School has started for most of the greater Cleveland area schools and many FCA huddles have held their first huddle meeting for the 2018/19 school year.

St. Edward High School FCA, led by Shaun Kinley, kicked off the year by cooking up a hearty breakfast for all in attendance. The young men cooked up scrambled eggs, sausage and french toast sticks for the 30+ athletes and adult leaders that attended the first meeting. FCA's own, Pam Matejka, was there to address the group and challenge them to find their purpose and be challenged by God to step out of their comfort zone.

You can have an impact in the lives of many young athletes in the greater Cleveland area. There are FCA huddles that need people like YOU to get involved and support them. To learn how you can have a greater impact for Christ through FCA, please contact us at

As Camp ministry is growing internationally, we are thankful to God for His help in completing a new resource, the International Sports Camp Manual, which international leaders will be able to use for training and to build and run FCA Camps in their countries. This summer is sure to be an amazing testament to God's faithfulness as we reach coaches and athletes through the sports they love for Jesus Christ."
