Presenter Biographies

Festi Edwards is a Navigator with Enroll Wyoming. She resides in Casper and covers Natrona, Niobrara, and Converse counties along with her valued co-workers. Festi is delighted to be part of a dedicated and dynamic team that provides information, education, and assistance to consumers seeking affordable health coverage. Festi has a degree in education and over 30 years of experience working with Wyoming citizens to access social services, Medicaid, waiver, vocational rehabilitation, and now health coverage and Eeducation. In her spare time, Festi loves to go boating, especially at the beautiful Alcova Lake and Fremont Canyon area. You can connect with Festi on LinkedIn or festi@enrollwyo.org.  


Cynthia Nunley is currently located in Casper and is a Navigator with Enroll Wyoming. She began her position in October 2013. Prior to becoming s Navigator, she was an educator in Fremont County for 30-plus years and the research analyst for AMBI Mail & Marketing in Casper. She received bachelor’s degrees in elementary and special education at the University of Wyoming, a master's in technology in education from Lesley University, and a K-12 administrator's certification also through the University of Wyoming. Cynthia is proud of the work Enroll Wyoming has done since the beginning of enrollment and continues to be passionate about serving Wyoming people.


Joe Rivera provides outreach and enrollment support to Wyoming community health center on behalf of the Wyoming Primary Care Association. He has 38 years experience in the private health insurance and public health coverage arenas. His focus is on Medicaid and Marketplace enrollment best practices.


Dasa Robertson currently serves as a Lead Navigator with Enroll Wyoming. Prior to this role, she was a social worker in roles such as case manager and victim advocate. Throughout her career, Dasa has always put persons in crises as a priority. Continuously hoping to find the next piece to help people in strained circumstances, whether financial, emotional or both be able to walk away with some sense of hope and a smile. Hence, accepting the job with Enroll Wyoming as a health insurance navigator truly provided that next step to making sure people are getting the health care necessary to remain healthy and able to provide for themselves and their families. It is with this professional compassion, empathy and drive that Dasa continues to serve the residents of Wyoming and assist the other navigators as they venture out with that same passion and tenacity.
