Area 11 Traffic Study Is Nearing Completion
Dear Turing Street Residents,
It has been a few weeks since I have updated you on the progress of the Area 11 traffic study. Many of your neighbors have asked questions about the timing and have reminded me of the importance of addressing their concerns. The ICHA team and I are eager to get the report and share the findings with you. The ICHA Board of Directors discussed the topic at its January 14 meeting, and they are also eager to review the report.
The traffic study is expected to be completed sometime next week. While the traffic counts have been collected, the report will also include analysis of the raw data.
So that both your elected Homeowner Representative Board (HRB) representatives and the ICHA team can best answer your questions about the report, ICHA, the HRB and their Transportation Committee will review it soon after we receive it. Next, a virtual meeting invitation will be sent to the Area 11 neighborhood to review the report. We will provide a link to the report for all to read and review in that meeting invitation. Though we do not yet have a specific day for this meeting, it appears we should be able to set it for early February. The e-mail invitation will be sent at least one week in advance of the meeting date to allow as many residents as possible to attend. For those who may not be able to attend, the event will be recorded and posted on the website.
Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
