Several area physicians and a nurse practitioner will officially join Hudson Headwaters Health Network in January 2014, caring for patients in health centers throughout the greater Glens Falls area.

Dr. Christopher Hoy and Eileen Spinelli, NP will move their internal medicine/nephrology practice to the West Mountain Primary Care office on Carey Road, west of Exit 18. Dr. Joel Solomon, pediatrician, will join pediatric colleague Eli Socolof, MD in the Queensbury Family Health office near Queensbury schools

(off of Aviation Road); Dr. Catherine DelSignore will join them shortly. Dr. Howard Silverberg, internist,will move from his current office in Fort Edward to the Fort Edward-Kingsbury Health Center just steps away from the historic train depot.
"I am excited to join the area's most comprehensive primary care practice," said Dr. Christopher Hoy, a sentiment echoed by the others. "Together, we offer our patients a broader scope of services, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and access to their personal health record through the Hudson Headwaters' Patient Portal."
