AriSEIA Updates
AriSEIA Action Updates
Tucson Electric Power (TEP) Rate Case :
AriSEIA is actively involved and will be filing comments in the  TEP rate case . We are encouraged that TEP will not be asking for a reduction in the RCP rate, however, we are very concerned about the dramatic drop in installation applications in TEP territory. Please contact Board Members  Sara Birmingham  and  Court Rich  with inquiries. Stay tuned for updates.

Joint Stakeholder Proposal for New Energy Rules :
29 parties, including AriSEIA, have signed on to the  Joint Stakeholder Proposal for New Energy Rules , which includes enforceable standards surrounding the Renewable Energy Standard, Energy Efficiency Requirements, and more. The stakeholder group has met with all Corporation Commissioners at least once, as well as Commission staff. We are encouraged by the progress and discussions, and we’re pushing to get new REST rules on the agenda before the end of the year.  Click here   to learn more.

APS General Rate Case :
Earlier this year, the Arizona Corporation Commission voted to require APS to file a new rate case by Oct. 31, 2019. AriSEIA has been in attendance at the rate case stakeholder meetings, and we look forward to participating and advocating throughout the process.   Click here   to view the docket, and stay tuned for more updates.
