Arizona Updates
  Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) Updates  
At their most recent open meeting, the ACC voted to adopt policies on biomass energy, electric vehicles, and more. 

Additionally, Commissioners Dunn and Burns filed a letter into the original rate hike Docket calling for a rate review and possible reconsideration of the 2017 APS rate hike.

  Salt River Project (SRP) Updates
Last week, SRP released a new rate plan proposal. The proposed changes include three new price plans for rooftop solar customers.

National Updates
Clean Energy Advocates Celebrate Approval of NV Energy’s Plans to Significantly Increase Renewable Generation, Retire Coal Unit Ahead of Schedule

On Dec. 21, the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada approved NV Energy’s 2019-2038 Triennial Integrated Resource Plan (IRP).

New York City gets its largest community solar installation at 1.2 MWS

Daroga Power Principal David Matt notes that the process of finding roofs to host this project wasn’t easy, and attributes his success to “timing, a little bit of luck and persistence.”

Stanford University to become 100% solar powered

Stanford will become the third college in the nation capable of entirely offsetting their electricity usage with solar.
