Grammar & Logic School News

We have some exciting days coming up this month, including College T-shirt Day, Texans Day, and the Annual Father-Daughter Dance. Be sure to mark your calendars and join in on the fun! A four-day weekend for all students and staff is on the horizon! Additionally, we are actively searching for volunteers for our upcoming Griffin Gala. For those in the Valentine's Day spirit, the Aristoi Cypress PTO is hosting a Valentine Spirit Cart on February 13th and 14th during lunches, providing a great opportunity for scholars to spread kindness to friends and loved ones. The theme of this year’s event is "New Horizons," as we celebrate an exciting new era of expansion in the history of Aristoi Classical Academy.

We are excited to announce that Aristoi Classical Academy - Cypress will be forming a tennis club for students who wish to learn the sport.


The club will meet at Steeplechase Community Center. Practice will be once a week for an hour 4:30 PM after school. Lessons will be led by Coach Rod Royer. The season will be 10 weeks long in February through April. Fees to join will be $140 and will be collected up front to pay for coaching and courts.

Progress Reports are posted on the ASCENDER Parent Portal. Parents need their username and password to access the information.

Coffee with the Headmaster, and ESL Coordinator, February 8th, @ 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM, Foyer


Coffee is the perfect way to get to know your Administration and other Aristoi parents. Mrs. Balestrini will be present to answer questions and provide information about ESL.

Cypress K - 4th

In order to provide your student with the best experience in art and music, Aristoi is collecting a $20 fee for each K-4 student. This will assist Aristoi in providing: 

● Art supplies (paper, pastels, paint, clay, etc.) 

● Art tools (printmaking supplies, paint brushes, etc.) 

● Live music and theatre guest performances 

● Classroom instruments & supplies

K - 4th Fine Arts Fee

Cypress 5th - 8th

In order to provide your student with the best experience in art and music, Aristoi is collecting a $50 fee for each 5th-7th student. This will assist Aristoi in providing: 

● Art supplies (paper, pastels, paint, clay, etc.) 

● Art tools (printmaking supplies, paint brushes, etc.) 

● Live music and theatre guest performances 

● Classroom instruments & supplies

5th - 8th Fine Arts Fee

Spring Choir Returns


Choir resumes on Wednesday, January 17th for our Spring Session. We are accepting new Choir members. A notice will go out at the beginning of January. We are preparing for a Goblet of Apollo performance and also for an End-of-Year recital. The spring choir meets on Wednesdays in the Music Room from 3:15 PM to 4:00 PM.

World Heritage Day

All students and staff are invited to dress in the fashion of their Heritage. For students not participating, dress code attire is required.

Go Texan Day, Friday, February 23rd


Students and staff are invited to wear western wear and celebrate Go Texan Day!


Scholars must bring a pair of tennis shoes if they have PE scheduled for the day.

Disc Golf Club is seeking two volunteers to help sponsor the club. Mr. Probst would be available as a resource and can provide training. If interested, please contact Mr. Pertuso.
