As the night unfolds, immerse yourself in dancing, mingling, and supporting a meaningful cause, all while enjoying the fantastic sounds of the Greg Sury Band!

All general admission tickets and couples bundles will include dinner, one drink ticket, and a reserved seat at a table. Additionally, for just $20, you can snag a special VIP bar line wristband, allowing you to bypass the long lines and head straight to your own VIP bar line. Please note that these VIP bar line wristbands are limited, so be sure to grab yours before they sell out!

Lastly, if you purchase any level of sponsorship before April 20th, you will be entered into a drawing to win a night at the luxurious Hotel Zaza in Memorial City! We look forward to seeing you at the 14th Annual Griffin Gala!

We are thrilled to kickoff raffle sales for our 14th Annual Griffin Gala! This is a great chance to support our community and enter to win some amazing prizes. Raffle sales will conclude on May 3, 2025, with the drawing taking place during the Griffin Gala.

Raffle Ticket Details:

• $20 each
• 6 Tickets for $100
• You do not need to be present on May 3, 2025, to win

Raffle Prizes Include:

• Diamond Earrings (Valued at $2,500)
• Grill + Cooler of Meat
• $1,000 Visa Gift Card

Student Incentives:

To encourage our students to participate in selling tickets, we have some exciting incentives.

• For every 10 tickets sold, students will earn one casual dress day (up to 3)
• The top-selling student at each campus will earn a Chick-fil-A lunch
• The top-selling student overall will receive a $250 Visa gift card
• Each campus that achieves an average goal of 20 tickets sold per student will earn a pizza party for their entire campus

Fourth Grade Concert

Music Through The Ages

Join us for a delightful evening of music and celebration on May 14th at 6:30 PM! Our talented fourth graders will take you on a journey through the rich history of music, showcasing their hard work and creativity. Scholars should arrive in dress code no later than 6 PM.

Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to support our young musicians and enjoy a night filled with melodies that span the ages. We can't wait to see you there!

STAAR TESTING REMINDERS

As we approach the upcoming STAAR testing dates, we want to reassure you that we do not stress our scholars about the mandatory state assessments. However, we do ask that our scholars are at their best during this time.

Please make every effort to ensure that your student is at school on time on the following dates: April 8th-9th and April 24th-25th. We also ask that you avoid scheduling appointments on these days so that scholars can remain in school for the full day.

Additionally, these two weeks will be closed campus days, and visitors will not be able to eat lunch or volunteer during this time.

Aristoi Before School Care

Aristoi Before School Care is offered to grades K-12. This program is hosted by Aristoi Classical Academy. Days/Drop-Off Time: Monday-Friday, on or after 6:45 AM. Parents are not allowed to drop their students off prior to 6:45 AM.

Drop Off: 5618 Eleventh Street, Katy, TX 77493 for grades K-4th at the Commons, drop off via back of School through black gate.

Registration Fee: $35 per child. Not required if you are enrolled in the After School Program with YMCA and have already paid a $35 registration fee. Proof of enrollment with the YMCA is required.

Dress Code Reminders

Here are some important reminders regarding the dress code during the cold weather season:

• Jackets and sweaters must be from Brammer's, the Aristoi French Toast site, or the Aristoi Spirit store. No other jackets are allowed indoors.
• Please ensure that any shirts worn under your child's dress code shirt are white crew necks only.
• For girls, leggings must be either solid white or solid navy. "Cable knit" is acceptable, but patterns are not permitted.

The 2024-2025 Ascender Parent Packet Forms are Overdue!

If you have not done so already, please complete these required forms as soon as possible as the deadline has already passed. This is different than the handbook forms.

After School Care

The Y makes the most of a child’s after school time by offering active learning opportunities designed to engage and expand young minds. Housed in local schools, YMCA After School Care gives children the opportunity to participate in active play and collaborate on fun projects. However, YMCA After School programs are more than child care. They offer a path with a purpose. Students engage in a variety of structured activities that promote positive social interactions, indoor and outdoor play and reinforce academic learning concepts, as well as lessons in empathy, inclusion, and service learning.

Katy Grammar Daily Absence Form

For every day your student is absent, please fill out the form below to notify our Attendance Clerk and your student's teachers of their absence.

To provide your student with the best experience in art and music, every year Aristoi collects a small fee of $20 for each K - 4th grade student, and $50 for each 5th - 12th student. This assists Aristoi in providing:

• Consumable art supplies (paper, pastels, paint, clay, etc.)
• Art tools (drawing boards, print-making materials, etc.)
• Large instruments (typically not provided by students)
• Consumable instrument supplies (reeds, oils, etc.)
• Sheet music
• Materials to construct costumes, sets, and props
• Field trips (to offset cost)
• Art supplies (paper, pastels, paint, clay, etc.) 
• Art tools (printmaking supplies, paint brushes, etc.)
• Live music and theatre guest performances 
• Classroom instruments & supplies
