4th Grade Field Day: 7:50 a.m. - 9:05 a.m.


1st Grade Field Day: 9:05 a.m. - 10:05 a.m.


3rd Grade Field Day: 10:05 a.m. - 11:05 a.m.


Kindergarten Field Day: 11:05 a.m. - 12:05 p.m.


2nd Grade Field Day: 12:05 p.m. - 1:05 p.m.



Permission Slips: Permission slips are due May 13, 2026


Dress Code: K-4th grades may wear an Aristoi Classical Academy spirit shirt or regular dress code shirt and regular uniform shorts, or knee-length athletic shorts, jeans/jean shorts, and spirit day tennis shoes/socks. According to dress code policy, shorts must be knee-length. Please note that shorts cannot have any emblems, designs, or rips. Shorts must be solid and knee-length. Athletic leggings are NOT allowed. If a student is not within the dress code, they will be asked to call home for a change of clothing.


Water: We are asking each scholar to bring a plastic disposable water bottle for the park. Please write the name of your scholar on the water bottle.


Sun Protection: Students may wear sunglasses. They may also wear a hat/cap as long as the hat has NO emblems or writing on it. Please remember to sunscreen and spray insect repellent on your student before school. We may not apply sunscreen or insect repellent to your child.


Pets: NO animals are allowed.


Volunteering: We will not be taking volunteers other than 8 Watch Dog Dads for this event.


No name tag is required for Field Day. Simply show up at the park.

Parent Attendance Information


Parents who wish to attend are asked to pre-register by 4:00 PM on Monday, May 18, 2026 by completing the registration link below.


Upon arrival, please park in the back and enter through the Commons. Be sure to pick up your Raptor name badge at the table in the Commons under your youngest child’s grade.


Due to space limitations, siblings may not attend class parties.


If you plan to sign your student(s) out following the party, please do so in the classroom and exit the school promptly to allow for parking and carpool preparation.


If you are attending a sibling’s party, please leave the first child in their classroom until you are ready to depart campus.

Grade Level Awards Ceremonies


Grade-level awards ceremonies are by teacher invitation only. Parents will be notified by Friday, May 15 if their scholar is receiving an award.

EB Community Event: Summer Reading & Math Strategies

We invite you to join our upcoming EB Community Event on Wednesday, May 13, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. This informative session will feature Mrs. Haberman, Reading Specialist, and Mrs. Martin, Math Specialist, as they share helpful strategies for summer reading and math.


This is a wonderful opportunity to gain practical insights and prepare for a successful and enriching summer. The event will be held via Zoom using Meeting ID: 83125620475

Immunization Requirements – 2026–2027 School Year & Medication Pickup Reminder


Please review Texas school immunization requirements to ensure your child is compliant for the 2026–2027 school year. Required vaccines include 7th-grade Tdap and Meningococcal.


If your student requires immunizations, please submit an updated shot record or a notarized Exemption Affidavit to Student Care by August 13, 2026 (first day of school).

Medication Pickup Reminder

All student medications must be picked up from Student Care by May 29, 2026 (last day of school). Medications may only be released to a parent or guardian.

Breakfast:

Per the Aristoi Family Handbook, breakfast is available to students for a minimal charge between 7:20 AM and 7:40 AM.


Snacks:

Snacks are available for purchase during lunch. Parents are encouraged to review their scholar’s account to monitor snack purchases. If you prefer that your scholar not be allowed to buy snacks, please contact the Nutrition Department at childnutrition@aristoiclassical.org to request that snack purchases be disabled on the account.

Letter to Household - Application for Free & Reduced


Aristoi Classical Academy is committed to ensuring all students have access to healthy meals. Families may qualify for free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch based on income or participation in assistance programs. This packet includes important information and instructions for applying.


New for 25–26: Students who qualify for reduced-price meals will now receive meals at no cost!

Update Student Emergency Info

As we strive to ensure the safety and well-being of your children, we kindly remind you to update your contact information as well as your child's and specify who is authorized to transport your child in your Ascender Parent Portal. Please note that we will not be using emergency contact cards this year, so it is essential that your child's information is current and accurate. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure environment for all students.

REQUIRED PLANNERS

Specific planners for each grade level are required. Planners must be purchased through the school in order to have the same planner for all scholars in the grade level. Once purchased, we will write the scholar's name on the planner and deliver it to the classroom.


Please be sure to include your scholar's full name and grade level in the description of your order.
