PTO Fun Run

All funds raised will directly benefit the Aristoi Katy PTO to purchase the following items for the Katy Grammar Campus: Field Trip Buses, Playground Equipment, & Walkway Covering to and from the 4th Grade Portables

It's that time of year! The Aristoi Katy PTO Adventure Dash Fun Run has kicked off! Here is all the info you need to know!

Adventure Dash is Coming to Campus!

From Monday, October 20th to Thursday, October 23rd, the Adventure Dash Fun Run team will be on campus bringing energy, excitement, and health-focused fun! Each morning kicks off with a warm welcome at drop-off, followed by daily Health & Fitness lessons during Specials. Students will earn wristbands, take on overnight challenges, and enjoy classroom parties throughout the week. The Fun Run coach will be actively involved during recess, lunch, PE, and carline—making it a week full of movement and motivation! Keep an eye out for daily emails and social media updates.

Classroom Goals:

$500 Extra Recess

$1,000 AD Game Day

$1,500 TP Mummy the Teacher

$2,000 Color Blast for Class

School Wide Goals:

School Goal is to raise $55,000!

$10,000 Silly Sock Day

$20,000 Music at Lunch

$30,000 School Wide Dance Party

$40,000 Color Run

$50,000 Head of School gets turned into a Human Sundae

🎉 Band Incentives & Dash Day Fun!

Starting Monday, October 20th through Dash Day on Friday, October 24th, students can earn colorful bands by meeting daily fundraising challenges!

• Adventure Band: Given to all students at the Rally on Wednesday, October 15th
• Be First Band: Earned by signing up and donating by Thursday, October 16th
• Foam Party Band: Raise $75 between Friday, Oct. 17 – Monday, Oct. 20
• Daily Challenge Bands:
• Monday: Pie the Coach – Raise $30
• Tuesday: Slime the Coach – Raise $30
• Wednesday: Paint the Coach – Raise $30
• Thursday: Mud Pie the Coach – Raise $30

🎯 Reach your $300 goal anytime and earn ALL the bands!

All the fun leads up to Dash Day on Friday, where students will celebrate their hard work and fundraising success!

These materials provide helpful insights into classroom expectations, curriculum highlights, and ways to support your child’s learning at home. We hope you find them useful!

Carline Procedures Update

The Katy Police Department Captain has informed us that vehicles may now merge at 13th and East Avenue. This is a change from previous guidance, and we appreciate your understanding and attention to the updated traffic flow. Additionally, if you are in the front carline, please avoid turning left from 11th Street onto Avenue D. This creates a backup in the front carline and delays our dismissal process.

As we strive to ensure the safety and well-being of your children, we kindly remind you to update your contact information as well as your child's and specify who is authorized to transport your child in your Ascender Parent Portal. Please note that we will not be using emergency contact cards this year, so it is essential that your child's information is current and accurate. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure environment for all students.

Summer has just begun, but now is the time to be aware of school start dates, Spring Break, Early Dismissals, and more.

REQUIRED PLANNERS

Specific planners for each grade level are required. Planners must be purchased through the school in order to have the same planner for all scholars in the grade level. Once purchased, we will write the scholar's name on the planner and deliver it to the classroom.

Please be sure to include your scholar's full name and grade level in the description of your order.

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we want to remind you that if your child is in K-4th grade, you have the option to purchase school supplies yourself by using the list provided at the link below. Alternatively, you can conveniently order a complete supply kit from Sprouts, which includes everything your child needs for the year with the link below.
