Aristoi Students Achieve Remarkable Success in Latin and Art!
Aristoi students have truly been showcasing their talents! We’re excited to share that our Latin scholars had an incredible experience at the Area A Convention of the Texas Junior Classical League, held at Clear Creek High School in League City. Our Logic School proudly secured the 3rd place trophy with five dedicated students participating, while our Rhetoric School earned an impressive 5th place trophy with eleven participants. It was a day filled with fun, challenges, and personal growth as students engaged in various activities and pushed themselves to new heights.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the supportive parents, especially Mr. Browne, Mrs. Barnes, and Mr. and Mrs. Henning, for their invaluable help and encouragement. Our growing Latin program continues to thrive, helping our excellent students achieve greatness. Next stop—State Convention in April!

In addition, we’re proud to announce a historic achievement for Aristoi! Max Yang has made history as a 2025 Auction Winner at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo—the first time an Aristoi student has reached this level.
Max, along with Mr. and Mrs. Yang, and Mrs. Laich spent the afternoon at NRG Stadium celebrating this outstanding accomplishment. He will return on March 16th for the auction, where he has the chance to earn scholarship money for his remarkable piece. To put this achievement into perspective, out of 32,000 pieces submitted from over 150 schools, only 100 pieces advanced to the auction. Max’s dedication and passion are evident in every detail of his work, and this recognition is truly well deserved.

Please join us in congratulating all of our incredible Aristoi students for their dedication and success—whether in Latin, art, or beyond.

National Tolkien Day
March 25
Step into the pages of legend! Aristoi scholars and staff are invited to don their finest Middle-earth or Narnia-inspired attire in celebration of the day. Since C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien were dear friends and fellow scholars, we honor their shared love of storytelling by welcoming both worlds. Whether you channel an elven lord, a courageous hobbit, or a noble Narnian, embrace the adventure! (Just remember—casual dress guidelines still apply!)
