The Arkansas Bar Association has named BXS Insurance the newly endorsed lawyer’s professional liability insurance agent for the bar association and its members. In this capacity, BXS Insurance will market, sell and administer ArkBar’s endorsed and exclusive lawyer’s professional liability insurance program that Attorney Protective underwrites.

The Arkansas Bar Association is pleased to present a complimentary CLE program for all attorneys, approved for three hours of Ethics CLE on February 6, 2019, at the Little Rock Marriott as part of the Mid-Year Meeting. This CLE will introduce you to ArkBar’s new professional liability insurance program through BXSInsurance. The three-hour CLE counts towards the four total hours necessary to qualify for a 10% credit on your professional liability insurance through BXSI.
