Other Things To Know

  • The last of several lawsuits challenging Issue 2 and Issue 3 were dismissed Oct. 26, with a Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge ruling that the legislative ballot titles met legal requirements.

  • A reminder that while Issue 6 may appear on your ballot, any votes cast FOR/AGAINST will not be counted on the referendum. The Arkansas Supreme Court disqualified Issue 4, Issue 5 and Issue 6. The decision regarding Issue 6 came after counties had already prepared ballots.
