The results of this survey will be used by the Arkansas Interoperable Communications Committee in September as they work towards updating our Statewide Communications Interoperability Plan (SCIP). The SCIP contains our State's Vision, Mission and Goals for public safety communications. The plan is then organized by major categories of Governance, Training and Exercise, Standard Operating Procedures, Technology, and Usage.
